Precision cutting & finishing – Saw cutting, shearing, plasma cutting, laser cutting (through partner), grinding, drilling, punching, and notching all in‑house.
Bending & rolling – We can angle roll, pyramid roll, or press brake form moulding to achieve radii, curves, or complex bends.
Welding & assembly – If you need moulding pre‑welded into frames, guards, or brackets, we do that too.
Surface finishing – Primer painting, powder coating (any RAL), galvanizing (hot‑dip or electro), or passivation (stainless steel).
Dimensional accuracy – We hold tolerances of ±0.5mm for cutting and ±1° for bending (tighter on request).
Quality assurance – Random dimensional checks and material verification. We can provide inspection reports.
Fast lead times – Standard profiles (angle, flat, SHS, RHS) often 3‑5 working days; complex or galvanised: 7‑14 days.
